Service scope
CORSA coordinates private chauffeur transportation, airport transfers, city-to-city travel, hourly service, corporate movement, events, memberships, and related concierge support. Service availability depends on location, schedule, vehicle class, and operational capacity.
Bookings and confirmation
A submitted request is not confirmed until CORSA issues a booking confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate passenger, route, date, time, flight, luggage, and contact information. Material changes may affect availability and price.
Pricing and payment
Confirmed quotes include the stated route, vehicle class, standard waiting time, fuel, and tolls where specified. Extra stops, extended waiting, parking, airport fees, special requests, or route changes may be charged only when clearly communicated before confirmation or during the journey.
Changes, waiting time, and cancellation
Change and cancellation conditions are communicated during booking or in the applicable quotation. Charges may apply for late cancellations, no-shows, extended waiting time, or changes made after chauffeur dispatch. Refund timing depends on the original payment method and payment provider.
Passenger responsibilities
Passengers must behave lawfully and respectfully, follow reasonable safety instructions, use seat belts, supervise children, and avoid damaging or excessively soiling the vehicle. Smoking, unlawful substances, dangerous items, harassment, and unsafe conduct are prohibited.
Vehicles and chauffeurs
CORSA aims to provide the confirmed class. A comparable or higher class may be substituted when operationally necessary. Vehicle images are representative. Chauffeur assignment may change while maintaining the confirmed service standard.
Delays and events outside our control
Travel times are estimates. CORSA is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, security restrictions, government action, flight disruption, accidents, or other events reasonably outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate and assist.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CORSA is responsible only for direct loss proven to result from our failure to exercise reasonable care. We are not responsible for indirect loss, missed connections, lost business, or belongings left in vehicles, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Accounts, website, and intellectual property
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. Website content, branding, designs, text, and software are owned by or licensed to CORSA and may not be copied, misused, or commercially exploited without permission.
Governing law and contact
